So, How does this whole Process thing work?

The Process

You’re here because your page isn’t converting or your web copy just isn’t doing what you want it to. So how can I help you?

I am here to deliver amazing copy for your web page(s), your email, or your product descriptions.

However, every project requires a process because every project is unique. I need to know exactly what is required to succeed.

Step 1

Discovery

You reach out and give a brief description of your needs. I’ll get back to you within 3 business days to schedule a 15-20 minute Discovery Call. This is a no-strings chat about your goals, and to see if we want to work together.

|

Step 2

Proposal

I send you a proposal, outlining my suggestions for the scope of the project and the cost. You either approve it as-is, or make some changes. If we agree to work together, I’ll send you an invoice for a 25% deposit that describes the services.

Step 3

Briefing

We meet via Zoom for the kick-off to ensure everyone is on the same page.

We fill out the Creative Brief to get into the details (the look, sound, and feel) of the project to the audience. The point of this step is to make sure I understand the full scope of the project, its goals, strategies, and how the project will be successfully accomplished. We also decide on timelines and objectives.

|

Step 4

Review

I create some awesome copy for you delivered within the agreed-upon time frame. Don’t worry, I keep you informed throughout the writing process and ask any follow-up questions as needed.

We have a Creative Review where you may or may not have changes you want me to make. I revise the work until you’re completely satisfied.

|

Step 5

Final Product

I deliver the final product. I send you an invoice with the exact same price as the proposal in step two (nobody likes surprises except at birthday parties). You pay the remainder of the balance (due within 30 days of receipt).

Your copy goes to work for you with your mind at ease.
